UET Alumni Association of North America invites UET alumni to a luncheon/get together on Saturday Feb 21, 2009 between 12:00 to 4:00 PM, at Subhaan Restaurant which is conveniently located at 267 Degraw Avenue, Teaneck, Tel (201) 836-0900; www.subhaanrestaurant.com

The lunch buffet cost $12.00 per person. All entrees are Hallal. The restaurant is conveniently accessible from New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey via Interstate 80, and Routes 4, 7 and 46.

To facilitate planning and agreement with the restaurant, please email/call me by February 15, 2009 to let me know if you can join us in this first ever get together in the New York area. Come and meet old friends and classmates and revive old memories. The success of this event depends on your participation and input.

A social event is in planning stage or May 23 or 30, 2009 or about 200 people with the purpose of introducing the Alumni Association to its members and start the process of networking among UET alumni members and among the engineering community in general. Additional details to follow in the next few weeks.

The Association's main objective is to bring together Alumni and faculty of the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore (UET), in order to provide financial and technical assistance to deserving students, and to provide educational and material help to UET.
